Registration 

   There is no registration fee. Electronic registration is mandatory and required for all participants and exhibitors. Please proceed here.

Event Type

   The event enables solely in-person participation (physical presence).

Method of Attendance – Participation  

   Registered attendees may participate in the scientific event in person, in compliance with all current legislative measures for the organization and attendance of conferences. In-person participation includes:

  • Collection of conference name badge
  • Attendance at scientific sessions of the event
  • Participation in coffee breaks and light meals
  • The right to evaluate scientific presentations
  • Receipt of a certified attendance certificate with CME credits

Accreditation 

   The Hellenic Medical Association, in accordance with the UEMS – EACCME criteria, will grant Continuing Medical Education (CME-CPD) credits to doctors who attend the two days course.

Certificate of Attendance

   Certificate of attendance will be available only to those attendees who will attend 60% of the conference proceedings. Certificate of attendance will be sent only after submitting the evaluation and will be sent directly to the registered email that each participant submitted during the electronic registration.

   Certificates with CME credits will be provided exclusively to licensed or resident doctors who attend the scientific event. Other delegates will be provided with a plain Certificate of Attendance.

Name Badges

   All delegates will receive a name badge at the Registration Desk. It is highly recommended that participants wear their badges throughout the duration of the event. Attendees must present their name badge at the entrance of each session they plan to attend. The badge will contain a barcode, which will be used to track attendance hours.

Conflict of Interest

   In accordance with the current guidelines from the Greek National Organization for Medicines (EOF) regarding scientific events, all speakers are required to disclose any conflicts of interest related to the event sponsors on the second slide of their presentation, immediately following the title slide.

Slide Reception Desk

   Speakers are kindly requested to submit their presentations to the technical support desk in a timely manner. The file should be provided in a compatible PowerPoint format and saved on a USB stick. Additionally, each speaker is required to conduct a brief review of the presentation’s playback to ensure proper functionality.

Mobile Telephones

   As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, all mobile phones and/or other electronic equipment must be set at silent mode while attending sessions.

Lost and Found

   Lost and found items can be submitted and retrieved at the Registration Desk, located in the foyer of the Amphitheater “G. Karabatsos”. If you misplace or find any documents, personal belongings, or other items during the 2nd ISPADs Course days, please inquire at the Registration Desk for assistance.

Smoking Policy

   Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the amphitheater, its foyer, outside the meeting halls, and in the exhibition area.

Security

   The organizing committee, as well as the event management company, bear no responsibility for any injury, damage, loss, or theft of personal items belonging to participants and/or sponsoring companies.

   The organizing committee encourages all participants to engage with social media platforms during the two-day course. We believe that sharing insights via social media is an effective way to highlight, promote, and summarize key moments and discussions. Participants who choose to use platforms such as X, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Instagram are kindly requested to include the following hashtag in their posts: #2ndISPADPostGraduateCourseAthensGR

Approvals

   The scientific event has been approved by the National Organization for Medicines (EOF) and complies with the Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies (SFEE) Code of Ethics.
