Registration

There is no registration fee; admission is free and open to healthcare professionals, under and post graduate students as well as other healthcare professionals.

Registration is available exclusively online through the registration form.

To complete the registration process, participants must have an active email account. If you have multiple email accounts, you must select a single primary email for registration.

The email address used during registration will also serve as the login credential for accessing the mobile application and will be used for further communication with the organizing company (e.g., evaluation, certificate issuance, etc.).

Upon successful registration, participants will receive a confirmation email containing all necessary information. The sender will be noreply@2nd-ispad-course-athens.com

Kindly check your spam/junk folder in case the email was not successfully received.

Attendance Tracking

Attendance tracking applies exclusively to medical professionals (both specialists and residents).

It is mandatory for the issuance of a personalized certificate of attendance with accreditation points.

The number of Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits awarded to each participant will be calculated proportionally based on their recorded attendance time, in accordance with UEMS criteria and the latest EOF circular on scientific events.

Attendance tracking is available exclusively through the mobile application:
Personal → My Time

This may occur if the participant did not scan their personal badge upon entering or exiting the session room.
For accurate attendance tracking, in-person attendees must scan their badge before entering and upon exiting each session.

Evaluation

Yes, evaluation is required to obtain a certificate of attendance.

According to the regulations of the Panhellenic Medical Association (PIS) for the accreditation of scientific events, participants seeking certification must evaluate the scientific sessions at the conclusion of the event.

  • The evaluation is available through the event’s mobile application.
    • Requires login/registration.
    • Only available electronically.
  • Alternatively, the evaluation link may be sent to the participant’s registered email.

Participants can only evaluate the sessions they have been electronically recorded as attending.

Mobile Application

The mobile app grants participants access to key conference materials and other useful digital content. Specifically, it offers instant access to:

  • General information
  • Scientific program
  • e-Evaluation
  • List of session chairs and speakers
  • Individual attendance tracking
  • Certificate of attendance delivery

The app is available for smart devices and supports both Android and iOS operating systems.

  1. Download LETS CONGRESS app on your mobile device.
  2. Ensure you have your QR code* ready.
  3. Open the app.
  4. Scan the QR code using your mobile camera

Once completed, you can explore the digital conference materials and event services.

QR Code

 

A QR code is a type of barcode that stores consolidated information.

No special equipment is required to scan it—only a device with a camera and internet access. A QR code can be scanned instantly using a smartphone camera.

Each QR code is unique to the conference participant and contains their profile information.

 

The QR code serves as a unique identifier for each participant, as it includes their registration details. It is used for:

  • Attendance tracking: The badge provided to participants at the registration desk will display the QR code on the front. Participants will scan it upon entering and exiting the conference hall to log their attendance.
  • Mobile app access: The QR code is required for logging in or registering within the conference’s mobile application.

To access the app, follow these steps:

  1. Download LETS CONGRESS app on your mobile device.
  2. Ensure you have your QR code* ready.
  3. Open the app.
  4. Scan the QR code using your mobile camera

Once completed, you can explore the digital conference materials and event services.
